We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 10% restocking fee imposed for all returns.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests must be submitted via email within the 7-day return window
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reserve the right to deny any return request without providing reason. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’re happy to help. To begin the process, please email us at lavampshoes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your exchange request is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for the item you’re exchanging. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship out your replacement.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange and send your item back using the prepaid label we’ll provide.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lavampshoes@gmail.com.
